Home Equity Release – Sentinel

This facility is available to all New Zealanders who own their own home and all people living in the property are aged 60 years or older.

You can borrow 10% of your home value at age 60. Up to 40% at age 90. You can use the funds for whatever you wish. There are no monthly repayments, you always own your home and you can continue living in your home as long as you wish.

The loan is paid back upon your death or remaining spouses death, or if you sell your house.

Superannuation New Zealand provides this facility through it’s association with Sentinel.

Family Trusts: Jonathon Cron

In order to protect your assets for future generations in your family, in certain circumstances it is important to place these in a Family Trust. While setting up your Trust, Wills and Enduring Power of Attorneys are also put in place so you are fully protected.
