(AON Stylecover clients only)
AON have advised that your Home policy was to change to a 'replacement to a sum insured' cover. This means if you make a claim, in line with your policy terms, you will be paid the cost of repairing or replacing your home up to the sum insured of your policy.
This takes effect from the 1st July 2013.So what does this mean if you don't do anything?
The amount showing on your new schedule is a 'default sum insured' for your home/s that has been calculated based on $2,000 for each square metre you previously declared to us. This is our position for all customers and it may not meet your needs as it does not take into consideration the materials of construction, quality, location and all improvements specific to your home. As this calculation is generic it is important that you spend time considering the sum/s insured that suit the specific details of your situation.

Barbecued salmon with fennel, orange and chickpeas

Ingredients:
Step 1 - Holding 1 orange over a large bowl to catch any juice, use a sharp knife to cut along either side of the white membrane to remove the segments. Add to the bowl. Use your hands to squeeze the juice from the remaining flesh. Repeat with remaining orange.
Step 2 - Add the fennel, chickpeas, onion, parsley and dill to the bowl. Season with pepper. Toss to combine.
Step 3 - Preheat a barbecue flat plate or chargrill on high. Cut salmon lengthways into 8 slices. Spray lightly with olive oil spray and season with pepper. Cook on barbecue for 1 minute each side for medium or until cooked to your liking. Flake into bite-sized pieces. Add salmon and rocket to the orange mixture and toss to combine. Divide among serving dishes and serve with lemon wedges.
