Employee Seminars

At CIC Financial, we are passionate about financial education. A really effective way to deliver this education is through seminars to groups of employees.

We are happy to run seminars on financial wellbeing at your business premises for your staff.
This works well if it is positioned as a staff benefit. You can host it as a staff event by providing breakfast, morning/afternoon tea or drinks.

We can customise a seminar to suit your staff. This could be a broad session on the basics of a financial plan or specific topics such as:

• How KiwiSaver works and planning for the future.
• Buying your first home.
• Budgeting and drawing up a plan.

We can then follow this up with drop-in clinics at your offices. This is valuable as staff can discuss matters personal to them, that they do not feel comfortable talking about in a group setting.
